Both Bartlett rep and workers were friendly, asked questions when appropriate, and let us know what work on our trees and bushes they were doing. Especially good was the crew that cut the dead branches off our ancient Maple tree and kept it alive for a few more years, despite all of the damage inflicted by the power line crews. Patrick was very receptive to hearing about my questions and concerns about the trees on our lawn. Since we only moved in last year, I had a lot. And even though I was not home when the crew came out to work on the trees, I was totally satisfied with the work they did.

All were pleasant and easy with which to work. I was especially pleased because I did not really like the way the tree was left when the first final cut was finished. I mentioned it to one of the guys and he said he agreed and put on his gear and went back up and cleaned up the cut. My neighbor was very pleased also. I will definitely recommend you. Thanks. One of these days I am going to call you about the Silver Maples in my back yard and in front of my house. I planted the one out front before I learned they are the worst and most likely to fall all over the place.

Patrick Lepore is a fine contact person for Bartlett's services. He is responsive, Knowledgeable, and provides detailed information about plants and garden projects. When major work is being done, he monitors the crews and usually initiated follow up conversations. I have worked with Bartlett reps and workers for over four decades and consistently had first rate support for my rather large garden. I recommend them whenever I get a chance.
