Tammie, Bryant and Justin are awesome. Tammie was so sweet and helpful. Bryant was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose our “Girl”, answer all of our questions, give us great advice, and a reliable treatment. Justin showed up with a smile, treated our Tipu with expediency and answered some more questions. He gave us some more feedback on the root system. We thought we would lose our Tipuana Tipu, but since, she has been filling in so beautifully and is now covered with sweet yellow flowers we are so happy. Thank you guys.

My experience with the staff and arborist at Bartlett was excellent. When Alec came to our home initially he was able to tell us the type of tree and that it is a very hardy tree. He came to the house within a few days of the storm and was able to assure me that our trees could be saved. When the crew came they were very careful and efficient in trimming the trees and reshaping them as best they could considering the tops and middle of the trees were most damaged. We were very happy with the results. The crew cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

Had three citrus trees that had very yellow and withered leaves and bare branches. Asked for an estimate on pruning and other maintenance needs the trees might have after being neglected for almost two years. Requested evaluation and estimate on three citrus trees. I contacted them through e-mail and was e-mailed back within the hour. We set up an appointment at the time most convenient to me. Matthew arrived for the appointment and was very courteous. As a newcomer to Arizona, I am new to caring for citrus trees. Matthew explained the care and feeding needs, made suggestions on how best to water, protect from the sun and fertilize, but ultimately told me that no major work was necessary. Advice from friends and neighbors had made me expect several hundred dollars for tree care. Given my lack of knowledge I would have agreed to any extensive or expensive recommendations he made, but he did not take advantage of me. To act with integrity and give a free evaluation impressed me a great deal. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will definitely use in future.
