What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? I can not think of a thing. Chris was helpful in determining how we should address our trees. Austin provided information on site as to where and when they would be working. Everything went as smoothly as expected. There is a reason we keep calling Chris Regan for all of our tree needs for the last twenty years. He is the best. Austin and the team were great. I was happy they were so careful with our backyard chickens and kept the whole yard so tidy. Our yard looking fabulous.

Bartlett staff seems knowledgeable and to have great expertise in tree care. Responsiveness has been mixed. Early on the arborist was very responsive but since then it has been inconsistent, sometimes taking multiple emails and weeks of waiting to get a response to a question. The Administrative staff has been very helpful in prompting a response. I would want to see improvement in this area as well as evidence the treatment plan is working to recommend Bartlett.

Bartlett recently worked for two days decreasing the size of our three Oak trees in our driveway by shortening the ends of the branches by about 4 to 8 feet. This is something we have to do every three years or so in order to maintain the size of our large Oaks so the limbs are a safe length and distance over our house and our neighbors next door. To do this requires competent and safe climbing. They used saws rather than chainsaws because climbing out to the ends of branches is safer without weight and it's better for the health of the tree not to cut large diameter limbs. They accomplished the goal that few tree trimming companies can pull off, looking at are now smaller tree canopies of the Oaks you will see healthy foliage and would not even know that the trees have just been trimmed. Bartlett Tree is about the fourth company we have dealt with over the last forty years and it is definitely the best we have ever used. They came recommended to me by the Internationally recognized Oak expert, Barrie Coate.
