What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? It is not clear to me when the other crew is going to come and provide the fertilizer treatment for the three trees that they pruned. The arborist was knowledgeable, courteous, as well as prompt in responding to my emails. The crew were also courteous when I asked about the work while they were conducting it, they cleaned up all the debris and also did not harm any other plantings or the house. Very professional all around. I will definitely work with Bartlett again.

I was totally amazed at the professionalism and ability of the tree crew. They apprised what had to be done and methodically went about doing the cuts, trimming, pruning, of my prized Cherry tree. They assured me just enough would be cut back to give it a great shape but not hinder its flowering in the Spring. It looks great. They cleaned up, blew off the driveway and replaced garden benches. Having a few Oak trees that started looking sick, I contacted Bartlett. Ryan Cuccia sampled the tree and identified measures to combat pests and nourishment. Ryan also identified other areas of concern including severe overgrowth of kudzu. Ryan developed a treatment plan, offered several affordable options, and also revisited the trees to ensure the work was satisfactory. He continued to call and keep me abreast to all areas and the final desired outcome. The team performed strenuous work in cutting down massive piles of brush in at least eight dead trees killed by the kudzu. I will be using Bartlett again in the future, especially this spring. I highly recommend the company, including Ryan as your tree and landscape expert. Bartlett actually shows up and follows up to give you quotes as opposed to the various other heavily advertised companies. Best of all, was a pleasure working with Ryan and Bartlett's pricing was comparable and better than two companies that actually showed up for price quotes. You will not be disappointed using Ryan and Bartlett.
