We had another wonderful experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. Kris Ratliff, our Bartlett Arborist, came out to see the trees which needed trimming and to give his opinion on the health of a thirty-year old Coconut tree that was losing all its fronds, coconuts, and looked in terrible shape. We decided to remove that palm. We could not be happier with the work the team leader, Mike and his crew did and thanks to Kris, they knew exactly what was needed to prepare our property for the upcoming hurricane season. Kris also came by to check on the work, and to say hello. My husband and I are once again pleased to recommend Kris Ratliff and Bartlett Tree Experts.

Team leader, Carlucio, and his three team members did a great job on both of my trees. The large Japanese Fern is difficult to trim back significantly and still remain looking good, but the technician did a fantastic job. He treated it like a work of art and carefully manicured it to the desired outcome. Best it has ever looked. Everything was cleaned up and the technicians were all very professional and kind, shortly after the job was completed Kris, the arborist, came by to make sure everything was done satisfactorily.
