After I requested a quote to prune our Live Oak tree, Jonathan was scheduled to come out within days to inspect. He assessed the tree and was dedicated to maintaining its overall health and vigor. As soon as I signed the proposal, Jonathan’s crew was back within two days and had the canopy raised nicely and cut back branches overhanging the roof. Price was definitely fair for the work but most importantly, the integrity of the tree was maintained.

We are so impressed with the tree trim service we received from Bartlett. Jonathan Frank, the master arborist, who came out to quote, was the most knowledgeable tree expert we have encountered. He shared lots of info about our various species of Palms and our Oak tree. The price was reasonable for the scope of work, especially since the cutting crew included a certified arborist, other companies that quoted said their crews were trained but not certified. The Bartlett crew was very polite, efficient, had all the right equipment, checked for bird nests before cutting, and did the best prune of our Oak tree that we have ever had. The Oak now looks healthy and like it could last a hundred years, and our Palms look great too. We will be sure to use Bartlett in the future.
