My experience with the Bartlett group was outstanding. As a business owner, it is good to see your staff being well trained and responsive to safety in the workplace. I especially appreciated the request to do distinct portions of the proposal early, for example the grinding of existing stumps and the scheduled fertilization of one of our trees. It is always nice to get a call as to availability to get things done earlier than scheduled. Your tree cutters were nice enough to move my potted plants that were at some risk during their operation after asking permission. Without any fanfare they moved everything back to the exact location they started out in. They were extremely professional during their entire stay. Brandon Frazier was stellar in allaying my wife's fears of what was going to happen. He was extremely knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I will certainly suggest to any of my friends to use your company's services. Being from Northern Virginia, it was a culture shock to try to get work done correctly in a timely manner. Your entire group deserves praise.
