We dealt with three people on the Bartlett team. Brandon came to the house to assess what we wanted done. He walked the property with us and answered our questions. He looked at the problems through a professional eye. There are reasons for trimming trees a certain way, not only for aesthetic reasons but also for the botanical reasons. We made a few adjustments based on his suggestions. At the end of the visit, he retired to his truck to work out an estimate. We signed with Brandon with confidence. Kyle and Tim were the team that came for the trimming. We walked with them through the property as Kyle compared the instructions given to him by Brandon with the real thing. The team worked hard and steadily with Kyle swinging through trees and Tim handling the branches and wood chipping. Every area they worked was left clean. They were polite and personable. I have heard horror stories about tree trimmers. Just a few weeks ago a neighbor had someone come in to cut a tree and chop it into sections. When he returned from work, he found the tree lying on the ground cut into eight foot sections. I do not think that could ever happen with Brandon who makes sure he has a full understanding of what the client wants and passes that on to his crew.
