He gave me confidence in what he was telling me about the work I was asking for. The two young people that carried out the work were both friendly, very confident in the work they were doing, very caring, very tidy, and the whole experience was a pleasure for me. We had other quotes and yours was not the cheapest, by some margin, but the confidence that Neil gave me in your company was the deciding point.
