I like it when the field people leave a door hanger that lets you know they have applied a treatment. Jeff is the current arborist. He is knowledgeable and explains their recommendations. Jeff Hartman came out to our property after a concern of mine arose regarding our Oak trees. He was courteous, very informative, and had great recommendations. Jeff Hartman was the tree surgeon who evaluated our issues. I was immediately impressed by his friendly demeanor and depth of knowledge. I am unable to work because of medical issues so we are in a fiscally conservative mode. Jeff created a work proposal that addressed our issues in two stages. Urgent needs were completed within a week, and work on elective issues will be done in early fall. I appreciate a business who is actually responsive to the customer’s need for budgetary planning. Additionally, Nate, who did the treatments did a great job. I will always recommend Bartlett and Jeff. I have a hedge that includes fifty viburnums. After last summer’s drought and heat wave, they were showing signs of stress and I became concerned that they would not make it. These shrubs are nine years old and serve as a well developed privacy fence. ALL employees that I have come in contact with have been knowledgeable, courteous and patient. The crew has always paid attention to doing an EXCELLENT job instead of doing just the minimum required to GET BY. Everyone takes pride in doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. Arborist Jeff Hartman helped design a long term plan for my trees according to necessity including cost estimates. This allowed me to progress through the plan as I was able to afford the work. A few years ago I had an emergency situation caused by lightning striking a huge red oak within 8 feet of my home. Having watched Bartlett Tree crews working across the street from my home, I decided to call them because of their obvious attention to details. My huge oak tree was saved with the utmost degree of professionalism. A follow-up visit was necessary the next year to complete the service for that tree. During the second visit, Jeff Hartman took the time to answer ALL of my questions and helped me design a plan for the rest of the trees in my yard.
