My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Drew and the staff. Drew was on time for the appointment, for our estimate, and was very knowledgeable about our specific tree and the options we had. The estimate provided was very reasonable and within the price range we expected. The crew was respectful and courteous. It took three days to completely remove the tree and at the end of each day they cleaned the property thoroughly of all limbs and debris. Someone from the crew checked with one of us at the end of each day to update us on the progress and when we could expect them to return to complete the process. Drew also made us aware of an emergency that caused a delay in the completion of the tree removal. We are completely satisfied with the service we received and my husband even included comments on our neighborhood FB page to let others know how pleased we are.
