Drew was incredibly responsive by email and answered all of my questions, which required coming back to my house a couple of times before I booked the job. The guys who came to do the work were great. They taped off the area for safety, made sure there was visibility around the street corner where they were working, finished in record time, and even took care of some unruly branches on an extra tree. I am really grateful for their help. I have had a terrible time dealing with other tree services in Nashville over the past few years, never returning calls, not showing up, saying they just are not interested in my jobs. Dealing with Bartlett has been a joy. I have already recommended you to friends and will continue to do so.

Our Japanese Maple tree is from trees on my in-laws property in Annapolis, Maryland. I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Bartlett. They trimmed several trees in my yard including large shade trees, Japanese Maples, and a fruit tree. All the work met my expectations. Michael Davie was extremely nice and easy to work with as well as Cody and his crew that did the work. They left the yard neat and clean.
