I wanted to tell you how tremendously impressed I am with Tom O’Brien and the crew that came out today and did work on our treasured Oak tree. Last year after diligently researching for a true arborist I decided Bartlett would be who I would call about a problem with our beautiful Copper Beech. Jessica came out. She was an impressive representative for Bartlett. Just great on so many important levels. She reviewed all our trees, came up with a plan and proposal and it was smoothly implemented and continues to be. The trees are thriving. Tom stepped perfectly in to her shoes and after having our spring meeting I went forward with his recommended tree trimming. The crew today was outstanding. They respected our tree and treated it the way it deserves. From arrival to departure. Not only does it say a lot about them but it says a lot about Tom. The fellows who last trimmed our Arborvitaes were wonderful. The Arborvitaes looked beautiful after they hand trimmed them and cleaned up all the debris. This past visit and the one prior, Tom was very helpful in explaining about the problems vs leaf stress and natural occurring issues. He went over the necessary treatments to keep our trees healthy and then treated them.
