Erik Paulsen has been my go to guy for all things trees for the past couple of years. He is incredibly responsive and excellent at what he does. Erik is a great representative of Bartlett. We have known him for years and he is always prompt in returning calls or emails. If we have an emergency due to storm damage he is always able to take care of things in a timely manner. I think he knows a lot about trees.He never tries to do more than what he thinks we really need. Our son uses Bartlett and he is also super happy with the company. We also recognized at least one crew member from past years. I think that says a lot about a company when you retain staff over multiple seasons.
