There really is not anything that I can think of, that could improve upon an already excellent experience. Both crew members were extremely professional. The lead crew member took the time to talk with me about my expectations for the tree trimming, he listened and then incorporated my needs into what he knew needed to be done. The crew was very thorough, respectful to the property, and completely cleaned up the area when complete. They then took the time to check in with me, to make sure that their work met with my expectations. Overall, this crew was exceptional, and I would have no problem recommending Bartlett to others. We have been using Bartlett for a number of years because of their expertise and their professionalism.

Erik Paulsen and his team are the best. After a storm when a tree landed on our roof Erik at first said he would not be able to get to us for a few days and suggested we might try and get someone else. Actually, that in itself impressed us. However, a couple of hours later he called and said his crew had just finished a job and they would come over and help us with our problem. It turned out to be a much bigger problem than any of us imagined but Erik and his crew stayed with it. They had to call in two more workers with a cherry picker who worked three or four hours on the task at hand. Not only were all of them good workers but they were so very nice. They were nice to us and they were nice to each other and worked really well and professionally as a team. Because of the storm our entire front yard was a mess with sticks, small branches and leaves.. But by the time they drove away our front lawn was the cleanest looking lawn on the block.

Erik Paulsen has been the arborist for our area for quite a few years. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.
