We always get great service. We call Rob with any concerns or questions, and he stops by as soon as he is available. He gives very good ideas of what we need to have done and also what could be done. If it is too costly, he gives us another idea. He is always very courteous. The crew that trims our trees have always been fantastic. They listen to all our concerns, they are very careful, they will do any little extra thing we ask crazy as it might be, and they clean up everything so well, you would never know they had been here. Our satisfaction with Bartlett is shown by our continued use of them for many years. Rob comes out every summer but only when we ask and makes a list for the fall and winter work and we authorize it. We have never used another tree service after we found Bartlett. Thank you for hiring such wonderful employees including the office staff.

We have been with Bartlett for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied with the service, the professionalism, the willingness to give attention to the smallest problem that we have identified with one of our trees. Plus we always get excellent advice on what we should do or not do.We will never understand why some folks continue to have the door to door tree trimmers do work on their trees....when you see them work on a neighbor's trees compared to how Bartlett's crews operate we shake our heads.
