Bartlett has done an excellent job preserving an aging Pear tree that is prominent in our yard and tends to become top-heavy and brittle. They have also cabled several of our trees, most recently, trimmed an overhanging Sycamore away from our roof as they were shaping the Pear. The service was on-schedule, courteous, expertly performed, and the clean-up was impeccable. Most of the tree services we see at work in our neighborhood are in clean-up mode once limbs or trees fall. Greg Crews surveyed my property and looked at my trees with an eye to saving them. He recommended several things and we have followed his recommendations. The trees look so much better and healthier, just wish we would get some rain to help the trees be less stressed. Greg took his time, answered all my questions, and even made suggestions as to landscaping which was in response to a few questions I had regarding planting new trees. He was very polite and seemed committed to the job. When he was supervising the job the crews seemed to respect him and he seemed to respect the crews. The work that was done was excellent, cutting down a tree, cabling another, cutting dead branches, and branches over our house. All areas were cleaned up and any questions I asked were answered politely and in detail. I was amazed watching the work, special knots in the ropes, the care in not letting the ropes get tangled which I assume is a safety issue, lowering huge branches and the way they swing, the timing involved in lowering branches. It was carefully done and well orchestrated. I can not say enough good stuff about this team.
