His knowledge and work commitment is unparalleled. Bartlett's plan for our landscape is only as good as the persons who execute it. Jason Rhin is fantastic. We have fourteen large trees at the rear of our house. Jason examined each one carefully and told us what, if anything, each one needed. We appreciated that. Jason Rihn provided his usual excellent, professional service in determining what work needed to be done on four of our seventy-year old beautiful Pin Oak trees. The crew members on February 2, 2021 were also professional in performing their work in removing several large dead limbs from our trees. They removed all debris from our property and nearby streets. The crew also practiced COVID-19 protocols with use of face masks and social distancing, particularly with my wife and me that we much appreciated. Bartlett Tree experts are professionals of the highest order. We had our initial consultation with Steve, who was recommended by our landscaper. Steve was very knowledgeable,a master arborist, detail-oriented, generous with his time,and he followed up every meeting with a timely, accurate and detailed proposal. Even though he looked at fifteen different areas in the yard, the proposal accurately detailed the plan we agreed on for each area. The teams who did the work had specialized roles and were knowledgeable and well-equipped. I received a call from the team leader when the team arrived and another call when they were leaving. I would have the leader's contact information in case I had questions or concerns, and I would know who to ask for if I stuck my head out of the house. When I asked other team members questions, they would stop working and walk me around and explain things. The team had depth, all the members were knowledgeable. When the trees on our property were trimmed, the work included two giant Pin Oaks. Connor, the team leader, was easy to talk to and rigorous about safety. The team carefully moved our outdoor furniture, and cordoned off the yard around whichever tree they were working on. At times, the guys were roped up in the tree way above the roof of our four story house, 60 or 70 feet off the ground. They were careful and got the job done. They did not bring heavy equipment into the yard. When they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. Several times on different days, Steve stopped by to see how the work was going. I appreciated that. The trimming they did maintained the arch of the branches and enhanced the beauty of the tree.

All of the crew members were kind and respectful during the three days they were trimming and cutting down the trees on my property. They left my property better than when they found it by cleaning up some of the flower beds of tree debris and even on top of my patio roof. I contracted with Bartlett around ten years ago to take down several Ash trees that had died. Since it was so long since I used their services, I requested bids from three other tree services. Bartlett won out over the others because Ben made it clear that they were arborists and they were there to improve the health of trees and not just cut them up. Next time I need tree work, I do not think I will even request any other bids because I have been so satisfied with the service.
