Rob, In case you did not see this, I added this to the survey that I did last month. Ben Hartranft has been both our arborist representative for about ten years. He has always done a fantastic job identifying, treating, and pruning all of our many issues over the years. I think that Ben has been responsible for saving many of our plants and trees. Rob Palochak has been our arborist representative for the last two years. He periodically emails plant and tree educational information during the year which we certainly appreciate. Rob also is very good about periodic visits to review our landscaping. On a scale of 1 to 5 star rating I would give both Ben and Rob 6 stars.

Ben Hartranft has done a super job for us. He is very good at responding to my emails when I have concerns. Ben has formulated a program of fertilization and pest control to address issues before our plants and trees are compromised. Over the last few years this program has saved numerous landscaping members. Weston is typically our technician. Weston does an excellent job, is accommodating with scheduling, and is always polite and patient when answering my many questions. I would give both Ben and Weston six stars.

I love that your company is not high pressure sales and that you give me options and let me decide what I can do each year. The work is always done well and all of the staff is pleasant to work with. The lady in the office is particularly nice always. This is a great company.
