We contacted your local office and your administrative assistant there, Dolly K. Richeal, found our original quote and explained that the job would need to be reassessed. She was very professional and helpful. Soon after that, two very knowledgeable men from your firm came out to assess the trees in our yard. One was Rob Palochak, our primary contact, and the other was in town for the arborists’ convention. They identified the trees for us and explained their condition and value. They agreed that one tree in particular, a maple, was a problem. They were also able to identify all the trees in our yard, and helped us decide which trees should be saved (only two) and what should be done to improve their condition. In December Rob and another Bartlett employee came to complete the work. They were amazing. Although this may not have been a huge job, it was a considerable decision for us, financially and in regard to the condition of our yard and our future plans for it. Watching them work made us confident that we had made the right choice. They worked very efficiently and with full attention to safety. Rob’s skill and experience were on full display as he moved through our trees, felling, and trimming. They also did a great cleanup job, which was especially important because they were working along a neighboring property, a funeral home. We are very happy that we chose Bartlett Tree Service, and would recommend your firm to anyone. Dolly and Rob are great representatives of your firm.
