Gary Adams impressed from minute one with his professionalism and superior knowledge of our entire landscape. He knew instantly exactly what needed to be done to both preserve the trees and shrubs on our property and mend some problem areas. I was particularly impressed with how easily he recognized all of the different varieties of our trees, and we have some unusual ones. His proposal came in quickly and was very detailed as to how Bartlett would proceed if we chose their company. And we did. Both Debbie and Dolly at the local office were very pleasant and so helpful with questions from our initial call forward. Services were rendered quickly and worth every penny. Chuck and Chris were here all three days to complete the job, arrived on time, and were outstanding in every way. We are thrilled with the results and Bartlett will now be our only go to for both tree and shrub care. Highly, highly recommended.
