Everyone that I have worked with at Bartlett has been great. Jamie Wood did a thorough inspection of the trees, provided candid and constructive advice. He could not have been more professional or nicer. The crew that did the work on the Yellow Wood was equally professional, polite and very friendly. The work was done well with no damage and the site was left immaculately clean. The young woman that treated the White Oak and the Yellow Wood came when there was a lot of work going on with trucks and a lot of commotion. She was patient and helpful as we sorted out the logistics. She explained the treatment. When there was a difference of opinion as to the treatment plan, she was courteous and adjusted her work to meet my understanding. Like the cutting crew, she was friendly, polite, and professional.

Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He readily identified the parasite that was defoliating my specimen Japanese Maple that anchors the landscape by my front door. I was heartbroken and dreading losing it. Jamie also recommended treating some surrounding bushes. The technician he sent the following day was just wonderful, very pleasant and helpful.
