The appointment to have the work done was made and kept at the time I asked for which, in itself, was a unique experience in a very long time. The crew set to work as soon as they arrived without demands for tea and, also rare and much appreciated, quietly. In fact, I would go so far as to say, they were the ideal workmen. From the initial site visit from Patrick Neech, to the team that arrived to carry out the work, I found all staff to be excellent, polite, and courteous throughout their time on this job and it was very impressive to watch the guy up the tree. A very knowledgeable crew and as NEBOSH trained person myself, I can fully vouch for the fact that all crew were fully complaint with H&S requirements. There was good communication between the team members and I did not feel that the job was rushed in anyway as they took time to get the right look for our Maple tree and we are really very pleased with the end result.
