My original contact was a telephone call to the Cheshire office to ask for a quotation. Mandy answered the phone and was most helpful, we agreed a date and time for Gary Hill to visit. I explained to Gary what I wanted, he assessed what was needed, how long it would take, what would be involved and we agreed a price. The crew members, Ian and Ed, arrived as expected. They appeared to do a risk assessment, moved obstacles such as planters on the patio and set about their task. They got on with the job competently. all debris had been cleared at the end of the second day. A very good experience. It was easy to talk with each member of staff and I would be happy to recommend the company to anyone.
