I want to acknowledge Jacob, the crewmember who has cared for our property these last few years. He is professional, friendly, and responsible, as well as knowledgeable. He takes time to answer questions and never seems rushed. Kudos to Bartlett for keeping Jacob on staff for so long . The reason we left our prior company was because the crewmembers changed all the time. So how could they know our trees and shrubs from one visit to the next? Todd, who is our representative, is also knowledgeable and responsive when needed. I am hard to please, and Bartlett has exceeded my expectations.
