Jacob and the lady have taken time to walk the property with us and answer our questions in greater depth than any of the competitor tree service people ever did. Bartlett works well for us because you also do three immediate neighbors, and the four-at-once service is a win-win. You save money and so do we. There are other services in the area, and collectively I guess we four neighbors have tried them all. Bartlett is the best.

The two women who did the job were very professional, polite, and constantly making sure my needs were met when doing each trimming, before moving to the next tree.
