The crew member that administered the ash borer treatment was also very professional and courteous. He allowed me to ask questions while he worked, showing both patience and respect. I appreciate Bartlett’s approach of using a soil sample to customize tree fertilization, along with the use of a fall, winter, and spring application. I liked the fact that Konstanze stated that if accepted, she would be our representative along with phone numbers with which to contact her. My wife enjoyed the online videos in which various individuals state that Every tree needs a champion.
