Konstance was very patient with me. I needed the tree reduced in size due to the safety of our neighbors home and ours. She took the time to explain the process to me and possibly of not doing the job. There were no surprises. Konstance was the reason why we asked Bartlett to reduce the tree. You were a little bit more expensive but she was VERY thorough. She gained our confidence. I was not here when the tree was getting trimmed but was called about the progress and the crew left our property probably in better shape then what we had. So thank you. We will use you again and will recommend you to friends and family.
