We only met Carl. He was a great representative, professional, and knowledgeable. He sent us a proposal in surprisingly fast time. He also adjusted the proposal upon our request. The only confusion we had was learning that the fertilizer happens at a later date, yet to be set. That is not a problem for us, it just was not explained. We are so happy that Carl and Bartlett helped us save our trees. We are hopeful the work of Bartlett is the fix our trees need to live a long time. Carl gave us good options for how to fix the problems of our trees, and he was very practical in helping us determine what we could afford that matched our wishes. The turn around time from first meeting Carl to the work being done was quick.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Not a thing. Our representative presented comprehensive, reasonable recommendations. He responded to a concern we had about one of my trees quickly. The crew who did our pruning was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately I could not talk to any of the workers. I saw them working in the tree as I was eating lunch. I did not give them any of my chocolate cookies which in other times they were always appreciated. I always have used Bartlett since moving to Pennsylvania in 2001. Other companies come in my neighborhood but their work does not compare to Bartlett.

Shawn and Nathan have been helpful in managing my trees. They helped me make an informed decision about replacing a tree. Shawn had to work hard to find my replacement paperbark maple, it is a beautiful specimen. The crew removed the diseased hawthorn efficiently, carefully, and neatly. Nathan, who has been treating my trees for the past 4 years, came out with Bob and they carefully removed the old stump and then planted the new paperbark maple. They have both been helpful in answering my questions and teaching me how I should care for the new dormant planting. I look forward to continuing our working relationship in caring for my trees.
