Your crew came out yesterday and did a great job pruning our maple tree. They did everything per the specs in your proposal. They got out all the dead wood without drastically altering the shape of the tree. Talking with them I found out that prior to coming to our house they were at the house of my friend in Streamwood, whom I referred to you after the storm two weeks ago. Based on the work your guys did, I will definitely recommend Bartlett to anyone else I know who needs to have tree work done.

The crew was out last week and did a very good job. The supervisor was very helpful. He asked me to go out to the evergreens and confirm the work I wanted none. They did a good job of tying up the sagging branches and shaping up the trees. The one guy was looking at the tree from every angle and doing a precise job. Very impressive! One of the reasons I went with your company was how professional your office staff was, Sharon. Another was that went I had "another tree company" come out to give me an estimate they said there wasn't much they can do for the trees and that I should try tying them up with panty hose. I had used both companies in the past but I am going with Bartlett in the future for my tree and bushes' needs. Keep up the good work!
