I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a great job your crew did at my house. They were professional and cordial throughout the entire process. From the time they came to my door at around 9 a.m. to introduce themselves, to the time they took to explain to me what they were doing, to taking my input and answering my questions, to their professionalism in getting the tree down efficiently, to carefully stacking the stump wood and finally, their great clean up. Please pass along my appreciation to both the crew and your superiors. Also, I just wanted to express my amazement at the level of skill involved in taking a tree of that size down given the obstacles in my yard. I watched the entire process and was intrigued throughout the day! These guys were real experts and did not harm so much as a flower or bush while removing that huge tree. (Not to mention my deck, pool, or patio!) Amazing!! Thank you all again for your hard work. We were in our pool after your crew left Friday and all weekend. Best of all, the sun is on the pool much earlier as a result of moving the tree.
