What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? The experience was great. The guys trimming the trees explained what they were going to do before they started. They gave us an update on the health of the trees after they trimmed the dead branches and cabled two of the trees. They pointed out some things to watch in one of the trees because they had to remove more dead parts than they expected once they went up into the tree. We have had trees removed before on our property by other companies and they did a good job. The surprising thing with your crew is how they approached doing the job setting up safety zones, working through their removal and trimming plan and doing the work so none of the other surrounding trees were damaged which happened with removals done by other companies. The tree removal and cleanup was great, it is hard to tell anything was done in the yard. It was very interesting to watch them up in the trees doing their work. Several of our neighbors commented that they watched them up in the trees with their kids.

Ryan, my Arborist Representative, provided top notch service throughout the entire process from start to finish. He possesses a vast knowledge of tree care, and it was my sincere pleasure to speak with him. I had interviewed several other Tree Care companies before going with Bartlett.
