Mike, the arborist, was a true consultant. He listened for what we wanted to achieve on our property and either affirmed or offered alternative ways to address our concerns. He took no notes, but absolutely everything we discussed appeared in his proposal and broken into chunks to facilitate our decision making. He also communicated well with the crew of Gus, Will, and Jesus at the start of the day of work. The expert crew clearly worked well together, and yet were professional in the way they set about their jobs. At key points of the day, I was asked to review their work. Any adjustments I requested were met with willingness and efforts to communicate expectations effectively. We breathe a sigh of joy and relief every time we walk outdoors now.
