What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Not a thing. Tree was removed quickly and the stump was removed so that we just had to deal with the roots. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Still have not received the bill for stump removal.

This is our thirteenth year of using Bartlett Tree Experts to manage our trees and shrubs. Today Oliver and Alex arrived to remove three overgrown Birds Nest Spruce, and prune and shape the large Maple tree in our front yard. The three spruce were removed carefully from next to our house, and the area cleaned and tidied. They were mulched in no time. Based on our earlier discussions, the Maple was thinned and lifted, and the canopy brought into a lovely wine glass shape. Alex and Oliver explained what was possible to ensure the ongoing health of the tree. The yard and driveway were cleared and cleaned, and all the pruning mulched to be composted. We are very pleased with the results. Alex and Oliver are very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. It is great to have them to call to keep our trees healthy and looking good.

Representative was efficient, friendly, and we were surprised at the price, which we thought was very reasonable for the amount of work that was to be done. We did not have to wait very long after the quote to have the work begin. The crew members were polite,,very hard workers and willing to make some changes when asked.
