They did everything they promised in the proposal and went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed, at all times, of what was happening at the property. I was especially pleased with the clean up. I hesitated going over to the property the evening, after they finished, to see the clean up thinking that, like so many other companies out there, that it would not be as I had hoped. I knew, if that was the case, that I would have trouble sleeping thinking about it. I did go, though, and was very pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned up, as promised, and even put seed and hay down where the equipment had disturbed the grass. I slept peacefully. Thank you for caring about your customers and standing out, where so many companies today fail. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know and use your services again.

My second time using Bartlett. Had two large and four medium-sized trees removed, and also pruning near the house and near the power line. The team worked efficiently, safely, and with care to protect my home, fences, outbuildings, and other trees and shrubbery. Clean-up was noteworthy, raking up all small twigs and even cleaning some stray sawdust off the back deck. Once again I was very impressed with Bartlett. Amazing work. Two huge trees within 10 feet of houses. Taken down in sections, never dropped. Used a crane to get one inside my small fenced garden area. Not one item or plant was damaged. Crew moved all items like yard decor, table, chairs and a bench out of the area and then returned them. Blew wood chips and leaves off the roofs when finished. Raked up and removed all wood and limbs. Crew was courteous at all times. A very long day for them. Would never use anyone else after this. Excellent service and price. Thanks Bartlett.
