All of my interactions with Bartlett staff were pleasant and professional. The Arborist was very helpful and very patient in answering my questions about the trees on my property and about the different services Bartlett offered regarding their care. I felt like the staff actually cared about the trees and it shows when they are willing to take time to talk about them with you, beyond a simple "well that branch is clearly dead so let's prune it" type of conversation. Talking about what an Oak is, what conditions it grows in, what common ailments it can suffer from, what the environment is like around where it's growing, all helped me not only appreciate my own property more, but gave me confidence in the job that Bartlett was hired to do. I specifically remember not being home for a soil treatment I requested, and I just reflexively called the number left on the door hangar that said that Bartlett was there. The employee who answered it was well off the clock and was actually grocery shopping, but he answered and was very friendly and helpful. I would never expect that from anyone and would actively ignore my phone if the positions were reversed and I really appreciated how he gave me a couple minutes of his time when he did not have to. We will see how the tree comes in this spring, but I am hopeful. The work looks like it was done well and thoroughly enough, but I am not a tree expert. All the tasks were done pretty much according to the schedule we established at the start of the process, which I also appreciated. The cost was spot on to the estimate. If I needed further work done on my property, I would definitely give Bartlett a call.

All of the communication that I have had with Bartlett's staff has been very good. They were all very professional and also very accommodating. This is the very first time that I have used Bartlett Tree Services and so far, so good. They sprayed my evergreen trees and shrubs for deer browsing prevention in early November. I am anxious to see if it keeps the deer from destroying my foliage during the entire dormant season.
