I found the Bartlett staff to be efficient, courteous, friendly, and professional. The Arborist Representative, and crew members are very focused on the job that needs done. The crew members were accommodating to my special requests concerning the Pin Oak tree they were trimming. I was impressed with their concern for safety and the time they took to protect the surrounding area. They even covered our preformed pond to protect the Koi in it. The crew is well co-ordinated on the job and they work well together.
