Bartlett was extremely busy but still took the time to answer our questions, treat our Ash tree for Ash Borer, and do some pruning and tree removal for us. The crew was so good at removing our Maple that they did not even knock over my Rock People (rocks stacked to look like garden gnomes) which were standing right next to the Maple. Everything was left clean and the job was well done. The office staff was friendly and helpful and Frank, the arborist, clearly cared about the health and well being of not only our trees but their impact on our house and property. Thank you Bartlett.

I appreciated the time our arborist Frank spent talking with me on the phone and on-site inspection. He explained what could be done in pruning the trees on our property and his crew did a great job. There was minimal use of power equipment and there was an immediate improvement of the visual appearance of the trees and shrub. Despite the rainfall that day they didn’t leave a mess to be cleaned up later by us. Really remarkable how their work differed from the landscape crews I have hired in the past.
