I mostly interacted with kathi, and she is always very helpful concerning my needs. As for spraying, I normally have Claire but Marley is super as well. Both are knowledgeable or their job and what products they are using.

I was very pleased with the candid, honest conversations I had with the Arborist concerning the possible causes for the decay in my on one hundred foot Pine Tree. I felt confidence in his understanding of the tree and the insects that destroyed it. I also enjoyed the introduction discussion I had with the leader of the crew that came out to cut the tree down. Again, when I felt confidence in the ability of the crew, I was very relieved and felt they would do a great job, which they did. Due to the tree being located in between two homes they had to manually take the tree apart, limb by limb, and lower each piece by rope. I felt this crew followed every safety rule to be sure they were safe, ascending, and descending the tree, and when lowering the limbs. A great, safe job.
