First, Bobby Fralix did a very comprehensive walk through with us as we described what are goals were. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and made detailed notes from which he framed our first quote. Although we had a few minor additions, he responded quickly to all our emails and updated as needed. All concerns were addressed immediately over the next few days with lots of emails going back and forth. His customer care is of the highest level. The crew consisted of Brantley Groshon, Cliff Newton, and Madolyn Henderson. Because Bobby was out of town on that day, Brantley asked me to accompany him around the property to make sure he understood what they needed to do. They got to work immediately and worked almost nonstop until everything was done and the grounds cleaned free of debris. These three young employees are excellent representatives of your company. Your representative, Mr. Paul Viste, is very knowledgeable and professional. His instructions to his crew and in written price quotations are very specific as to how the job is to be performed. I have used several tree companies in the past but Bartlett are the best by far. All crew members are very neat and the cleanup is outstanding.The quotations are very competitive and handled in a timely manner.
