I originally contacted Bartlett because a tree fell on my property blocking my driveway. It was a cold rainy day and I had never used this company before. Within hours Mark Wheeler had someone at my house to assess the damage. However, by the time they arrived my lawn care service was also there. Together they figured out the best way to remove the tree. Bartlett was not upset that another crew was going to do the job, they were just happy the job was getting done in a timely fashion. Meanwhile we discussed the Ash tree problem in the area and I ended up hiring them to take care of that problem and treat other trees. They have been wonderful to work with, courteous, friendly, and prompt. I will continue to use them in the future and have already recommended Mark and his team to a neighbor.

Bartlett is attentive to detail, courteous, and friendly. I had a huge tree fall and my property and was in a panic. I called Bartlett and someone came out immediately. By the time they arrived my regular lawn service was there and together they discussed how to remove this tree. Bartlett came by a few days later to discuss other problem areas on my property. Within two hours I had received and signed a proposal for the needed work. The work was preformed within a month, much to my satisfaction. The crew that came to my house did work that was not contracted for. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them.

I hired this company for a job that is four hours from where I live. I was not familiar with any of the contractors in the Harrisburg area and did not like using contractors with whom I was not familiar. I went with Bartlett instead of several others because they were the most professional and responsive. Their pricing was a bit higher, but they were well worth it. I highly recommend them.
