Everybody was very pleasant and super efficient. As an example, I was walking with one of the crew when he picked up a missed, but quite small, branch. Watching a man seriously trim my Maple was a show, complete with admiration for his agility, skill, concern, unwarranted, for his safety. In an area where I have several bird feeders and also branches too close to the house a crew member walked me over afterwards to check whether it was how I wanted it. It was. The Rep and crew walked me around as a first step that morning to ensure that they understood my desires.
