We have used Bartlett for many years saving the trees that were salvageable, protecting thriving ones, and most recently felling a large Maple that was beyond hope. Both Dan and Sam at the office maintained contact with us during the arrangements. A team of four arrived, one in the cherry picker three on the ground with the chipper. The crew carefully, efficiently, without a break finished the job in less than four hours, not before carrying away the trunk and cleaning up any debris. The were professional yet friendly.
