I would like to thank you sincerely for reducing the size of two tall trees at my home in East Ewell. I was initially visited by an assessor who quickly analysed the work to be done and offered an approximate price for completion. A suitable date was arranged. Two young men arrived on the arranged date at the allotted time and immediately started working. They completed the task excellently. The trees now look safe. The cut branches were all taken away, and the small twigs raked and disposed. They kindly left me several branches to be reduced in size by myself as firewood. Clearly, your employees have established high personal and professional standards in their work. Their high standards of efficiency in work clearly make them an asset at Bartlett.
