What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? I appreciate that Bartlett's tree crews were able to be scheduled sooner than I anticipated to remove the trees involved, and even though I am not especially in a big hurry to get the stumps ground, I would appreciate an e-mail letting me know the status of that portion of the remaining work. It is obvious that your folks are very busy responding to things associated with the many storms that we have seen lately, so I do understand. Having worked for a local utility, I understand the process of getting things done and appreciate those folks involved with my needs. Your representative responded to my request in a timely manor to discuss the work necessary and the costs involved. The crews showed up with good equipment and the necessary safety equipment and worked together to get the work done in an efficient manor. Good Work. Thanks.

Bartlett tree experts came out to trim up several over grown trees, they also added a cable to a tree that could potentially cause damage during a future storm if it were to break apart. We have been happy with their communication, efficiency, quality of work, and post work clean up. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they have knowledgeable arborists to care for the trees.
