Very pleasant to work with. Did their business safely and competently and cleaned up before leaving. They communicated well when there was no need and opportunity for interaction.
All very pleasant and responsive.
I have been out of town for several months but the service in my absence has been prompt and to the high standards Bartlett always provides.

We have rarely been home when the treatments have been done, but the trees look to be in much better shape than before we started using Bartlett to care for them.
The crew did a great job. The trees look great and the cleanup was excellent. We were excited to see them leaf out.

This past weekend I was one of many unfortunate residents of Spartanburg who suffered damage from our storms which did include an EF1 tornado. Fortunately, the tornado did not directly impact my house, but I did have a rather large Pecan tree fall onto my house. I contacted Todd Kury who was unable to asset me in the removal and recommended I call Bartlett for assistance. Within an hour of calling, Jaclyn Ladue called back and was at my house within two hours, estimated the removal work, provided a quote, and scheduled her team to be on-site Sunday morning 09:00 AM. I do not possess the vocabulary to sufficiently describe how incredibly impressed I was with Jaclyn and her team.
The skill, training, safety, and efficiency displayed as they worked together to remove the tree was absolutely astounding. I was mesmerized all day Sunday watching from a neighbor’s yard. The tree removal was completed on Monday and not one piece of any real substance fell onto or was even allowed to touch other parts of my house or roofing. The team went beyond expectations and also covered several small Camellia plants to protect them from any debris damage. It was amazing.
The work was completed and the team made extensive attempts to protect the yard using sheeting material under truck tires when possible, cleaned the miscellaneous debris from the yard with rakes, and even cleaned off the roof, blew off the surrounding plants and ensured as little damage occurred as was humanly possible. During the work performed, the team was friendly, courteous to a fault, and I even noticed that their language to me and each other was perfect and completely polite and professional. A remarkable team and I thank you for helping me so quickly.
Thankful for Barlett’s continued care of my trees. I truly believe that is the reason for their strength. My poor neighbors did not fare as well. Actually the neighbor across the street had a tree chained and the chain popped, and fell on their house. So scary.
