What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Only the first time trees were cut were the crew not courteous. Paul is well aware of this. Office staff is great to work with and Paul is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Like many in our community, we had storm damage from Helene. One large tree fell on our roof and another tree was leaning toward our home. Many trees were down across our yard and our neighbors. The professionalism and kindness displayed to us was exceptional. We are indebted to everyone not only for protecting our home from further damage but also for their concern for our safety and their staff. They also removed a huge tree from my neighbor’s house. The tree barbers were here two weeks ago for the first time and trimmed about nine trees that needed some serious TLC and they definitely received that from the team that was here. They took great care with these ornamental trees without any harm to the yard. They hauled away all the trimmings which were quite substantial and cleaned up very nicely. The gentleman that was here climbed into the middle of my huge Camellia to do some trimming, I could not even see him way up there in the dense mass of foliage and limbs. They were quite professional and thoughtful as they assessed the needs and best look for each tree. Thank you so much for the expert care.

Bartlett Tree recently trimmed numerous trees for my mothers home. The tree experts were there more than ten hours and were beyond professional. Once they completed the job you would have never known they had been there. Cleaned every branch, and twig in the yard. I can not say enough good things about this company and the people that work for them.
