We are thoroughly enjoying our trimmed trees. Erik Rogers came and examined the trees and made the proposal. He carefully listened to what we wanted and explained about the life of one of the trees. Scott Emery took care of our huge, tall trees for years. Erik is a good Scott Emery. The man who did the cutting was excellent, careful, great climber, understood what we needed and was pleasant. The other man cleaned up, non-stop, and left nothing to be picked up. Thank you for your service.

Bartlett did a wonderful job removing a tree for us from the first phone call to the follow-up call from the office the next day. Erik Rodgers came when he said he would and was very easy to work with. The crew also showed up when expected, was professional, and did a fantastic job with the work requested. They cleaned the area very well and took great care of our property. Morgan called from the office the next day to ensure everything went well. These guys are a great pleasure to work with from start to finish.

When I first contacted Bartlett Tree Experts, I was ready to cut down my flowering Cherry tree. The tree needed to be pruned and shaped and needed soil care and fertilization. Paul sent Ryan and his crew to prune the tree this past week. The tree looks beautiful. It was topped and pruned in about forty minutes. I can not wait to see what this tree will look like in the spring when the flowers start blooming. I am sure it will be spectacular.

In addition to the Crepe Myrtles, we discussed the issues with the Maple in the front yard. He took pictures and said that he would givePaul his notes in advance of his visit. I appreciate the extra attention to my concerns.

I am most satisfied with Jaclyn and the whole crew. Jaclyn gave us an estimate and a schedule of tree maintenance for the next year. We have numerous Oaks and Beech trees that have never gotten any pruning. There were dangerous dead branches waiting to fall. Matt and Tom kept us informed throughout the entire day. I know Bartlett is more expensive than most, but our trees deserve the best care possible. They are priceless and a bad prune can kill them.
