Brian was fabulous. He explained things very well, answered all questions, and gave us realistic options for our tree. Nate showed up first the day of and was just wonderful. Again, very nice and explained, asked questions, and really made us feel involved in the process. The other gentleman that was with Nate was equally as good and professional. The free consult was great. Gave us a 'feel' for the company and made us feel comfortable in the decision we had to make. And we had others give consults - they made us feel like there were no options and we needed to make a decision NOW. You guys are great!
