Everything we had asked for was done beautifully. Even a few extra trims we asked for were met with a smile and a great job. The arborists who did our work were fabulous. I have not one complaint or suggestion to improve our experience. This is a very well run company, Anyone I had to deal with was pleasant. Kevin was great. The arborists appear to really like what they do. And they really seem to know their stuff. They were efficient, worked quickly, and left the yard spotless. My husband got home after the work was completed. He asked if they really had come today. There was no mess anywhere.

I did not see any issues, so I felt the experience was well handled and professionally managed. Kevin Nietering had alerted me to the long delay prior to work being done, so I appreciated that, and I did not need to inquire to be informed that work was being completed. So, that was well done. Also, when a small issue arose regarding the work, the crew leader informed me of the situation, and it was resolved quickly. My experience with the arborist, crew members, and the quality of work reinforced why I am pleased to continue working with Bartlett going forward.

Although bamboo is not in the realm of tree service he gave me a tip on helping to get rid of it, or at least slow the spread for which I am grateful. The arborist was very helpful in advising how to deal with the fifty year old tree that was being root girdled and eventually caused the destruction of the tree. We agreed that it was time to take the tree down before the situation became eventually dangerous. He gave advice on a replacement and planting. I was very happy to see the crew working with utmost safety practices. They took the tree down in a way to avoid damage to the house and property. The crew of two men were on time and took their time to do the job efficiently and safely. They were in the process of picking up the smaller twigs but I told them that repairs caused by the falling tree parts and the remaining small twigs would be taken care of in the spring by me when the lawn is restored after the stump was removed. I appreciated the attempt to clean up as much as possible and let me do sweat equity part that I enjoy doing.
